"어렸을적 봤던 외국영화에서 여러 나라를 출장 다니는 아빠가 돌아오면 아이에게 항상 스노우 볼을 선물한다. 벽난로 위에 진열된 여러개의 다양한 스노우볼을 보고 갖고 싶었던 추억이 떠올라 민화를 접목시켜 본 창작 작품이다. 
작은 눈뭉치가 구르고 굴러 커다란 눈덩이가 되듯이 일상 속 작고 소소한 추억들이 쌓이고 쌓여 커다란 행복이 되고 그 행복이 거듭되어 삶에 부귀영화를 누리길 기원하는 마음을 담은 그림이다.
